Wind/Hail Claim - Asbestos Siding Replacement - Approved

Dear Greg-


I wanted to thank you for your due diligence with our hail and siding claim

with Nationwide Insurance on our son’s property. There were many

challenges to overcome, and you were able to significantly impact the

project’s total items that were covered and taken care of. The financial

benefit came close to paying for your fee.


There was quite a bit of follow-up required between all parties. I

appreciated the itemized list you provided for us. Having been through hail

claims in the past, I can say it has become quite a complicated process. I

really can’t imagine not hiring a public adjuster and you did a great job.

I would not hesitate to use and or recommend you in the future.

Wind/Hail Claim - Shake Roof Replacement - Approved

In July of last year (2021), we experienced a wind/hail storm in our area with straight-line winds reaching speeds of nearly 100 MPH. Several sections of our privacy fence were blown down, a 40’ pine tree was broken in half, most of the shingles on our roof were lifted up or blown off, there were cracks in our drywall, and stains on our ceilings in several places. Our insurance company offered a relatively small sum that would barely cover the cost of the fence repairs and suggested that only a handful of (shake) shingles needed to be replaced.  


At this point, we engaged Bison Claims. Greg worked with us for months, fighting with our insurance company, and ultimately taking the claim to appraisal. Nearly nine months later, we settled with our insurance company for roughly eight times their initial offer.  If your insurance company refuses to be reasonable, by all means hire Bison Claims. They will stick with you through it all – or be honest up front and tell you that they can’t help – and make sure you receive a reasonable settlement.
